Signs Your SunPower Solar Panel Installation Is Failing

  • One panel reads 30-70% lower output than its neighbors in your monitoring portal. This is the classic signature of a cracked cell or a failing bypass diode inside the junction box. What we’d never recommend is getting on a San Jose roof with a torque wrench to swap a panel yourself.
