The 90-Day Done Right Promise means that for ninety days after we finish your job, Gus’s Solar stands behind every wire connection, every roof penetration, every panel mount and every monitor reading. If the system isn’t performing the way the written estimate said it would, one call brings someone back out. Not a claims department. Not a ticket number. A person who picks up the phone and knows your job.

You don’t fill out a form. You don’t prove anything. You don’t wait for a supervisor to approve a callback. You call. We come. And if it’s our fault, we make it right at no charge. That promise is written on every job – not tucked into footnotes, not conditional on a service plan. It’s there because Gus’s name is on the work, and that’s how he’s done business since 2011.

When you call, you reach someone who can look up your job, check your equipment, and get an estimator scheduled. We commit to reaching your property within two business days of your call and getting the written estimate in your hands within one business day of that visit. That window is built around what we can actually deliver – not a marketing number someone picked because it sounds good.

How We Make It Right

You Tell Us

Call (877) 550-6892. A real person picks up, day or night. Tell them what you’re seeing – an error code, an output drop, a physical issue on the roof. They’ll pull up your job and get you scheduled. No hold music loop, no voicemail, no ticketing queue to watch.

We Come Back Out

We get an estimator or technician to your property within two business days. The same background-checked, uniformed crew that did the original install – not a subcontractor meeting your roof for the first time. They’ll look at everything, not just the thing you called about.

We Fix It

If the problem falls under the 90-Day Done Right Promise, there is no charge for the return visit and no charge for the repair. We use the same equipment brands we quoted you originally. The fix is done right or we come back again – the promise doesn’t expire mid-correction.

You Sign Off

We don’t consider the job closed until you do. Before we leave, you confirm the system is performing the way it should and that you’re satisfied with the work. If you’re not, we stay in the conversation. Gus’s name is on the job. That’s not a slogan – it’s the standard.

What Stands Behind the Promise

A promise is only as good as the people and systems behind it. Here’s what’s actually there.

Every technician who comes to your property is background-checked and uniformed. You know who’s coming before they arrive – not a name on a work order, but a face you can verify. Gus’s own crew does the install and any return visit. The work doesn’t get handed off to a sub.

Pricing is upfront and in writing before any work starts. The number on the estimate is the number on the invoice. No hourly rates, no subscriptions, nothing to sign up for. Your job is priced off your actual bill and the current export rates for your area – not a brochure figure someone built in a conference room. If a number changes, you’ll know before work resumes, not after.

And the equipment we use comes from manufacturers we’ve worked with long enough to know what holds up and what doesn’t. Tesla, Enphase, SolarEdge, FranklinWH and the rest of that list aren’t names we drop to sound credible – they’re the brands we’ve stocked and serviced since the beginning.
